McCain Fertilizer is currently seeking a results-oriented team player to join us as a Sales Representative in our New Perth Territory. The responsibilities of the successful candidate will include, but not be limited to, the sale of Fertilizers and Crop Protectants. 

The incumbent will work closely with the farming community to supply technical support in all aspects of good agricultural practices.  Integrity, Vision, Leadership and Passion are essential to this role. 

Interested Candidates should possess:

• Post-secondary education in Agriculture or Business
• Extensive Knowledge/Experience in sales and the industry
• Exceptional skills in developing and maintaining client relationships
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Strong analytical, Organizational, Communication, & Interpersonal skills
• The ability to prepare and present McCain Fertilizer product presentations.
• Confident, Enthusiastic, Self-Motivated and work with a sense of urgency
• Certified Crop Advisor designation is an asset
• The ability to lead others
