Responsibilities:

Health and Safety:  As a Senior Process Technician, you will play a critical role in upholding the highest health and safety standards during trial line setups. This includes moving and preparing equipment for use, ensuring proper sanitation, and assisting the trial lead during the trial runs.

Trial Support: Collaborate with trial leads on regional and global projects, which involve testing new products and technologies. Your expertise will be instrumental in the success of these trials, contributing to the development of new and improved products.

System Maintenance: Take ownership of maintaining and recording crucial information related to pilot plant systems. This includes meticulous record-keeping for incoming raw materials and system startup procedures, as detailed in our comprehensive documentation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Actively participate in global cross-functional teams, leveraging your specialized knowledge and cultural awareness. You will facilitate effective teamwork, both within the project team and with external research partners, all while adhering to sound project management principles.

Key Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of relevant industry experience.
• Proficiency in health and safety protocols and food safety standards.
• Strong technical skills in setting up and maintaining trial lines and equipment.
• Experience in a fast-paced product development environment, including process development and factory/line trials.
• Experience with process improvements, new product development, or cost-saving initiatives is a plus.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across levels and functions, both internally and with third parties.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration in diverse, cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in English
