Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide thought leadership on product roadmap and ensure resources are aligned effectively to support highest priorities in product portfolio
  • Support Product Owners to deliver MDIxAI solutions effectively
  • Exemplify solution-oriented mindset to help Product Owners solve blockers raised during pre-deployment to drive products towards rollout
  • Track overall progress of product design and development to ensure timely and in-budget solution deployment preparation according to MDIxAI business targets
  • Set direction and prioritize initiatives and use-case adaptations for Product Owners to deploy to maintain consistency across network and meet global best practices for use-case testing and implementation
  • Sustain Use-Cases After Deployment:
  • Review adoption metrics of products and manage feedback from key stakeholders to understand engagement and satisfaction with products; Synthesize feedback and run ideation workshops with Product Owners to conduct MDIxAI product portfolio planning (product adaptations, new products)
  • Global Product Management Framework:
  • Set global standards for products and ensure use-case integrity of all MDIxAI products are maintained
  • Activate product management framework to identify, prioritize, design, and develop use-case enhancements and new use-cases to meet business needs
  • Act as a champion to support the organization with learning and implementing Agile ways of working
  • Ensure product portfolio is aligned with overall MDIxAI program objectives and work closely with MDIxAI Digital Lead and Deployment Lead to establish user experience and ensure effective deployment
  • Support protection of intellectual property (i.e., patents) with legal team & cybersecurity
  • Guarantee product performance and reliability with technology, engineering and data teams

 

 

KEY QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCES:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field, often with a preference for a Master's degree.
  • Relevant certifications in digital manufacturing, product management, or Agile methodologies can be beneficial.

 

Experience:

  • 5-10 years, in digital manufacturing or related fields, with a proven track record in product management and development.
  •  Experience in overseeing product lifecycle from conception to deployment, with a focus on digital manufacturing solutions are beneficial.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication abilities, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in managing product development, understanding customer needs, and aligning them with business objectives.
  • Global perspective with the ability to manage cross-cultural teams and projects.
  • Adaptability to rapidly changing technology landscapes in digital manufacturing.
  • This role combines technical expertise in digital manufacturing with strategic product management and leadership abilities, emphasizing innovation and global project coordination.
