We are currently searching for a Summer Student to support our North American Early Careers Team for a 6-month period supporting coordination.  

This role is ideal for a recent graduate or a student in a post-graduate program looking for an extended internship or co-op placement.  

 

What You Will Be Working On

  • Overseeing campus recruitment - posting positions, reviewing, and screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and drafting offer letters • Driving brand awareness by coordinating and/or participating in campus events

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for day-to-day campus recruitment activities for both hiring managers and students

  • Coordinating and managing the internal student experience including but not limited to planning student events, hosting student roundtables, sending and reviewing student evaluations

  • Various other campus programs/recruitment related tasks as assigned 

 

About You

  • Currently in (or recently graduated from) a Human Resources related post-secondary program; past internships or co-op work terms in the recruitment space are an asset

  • Ability to effectively manage tight timelines and prioritizes tasks; flexibly handling additional tasks as assigned

  • Self-starting personality - you are extremely organized, proactive and detail oriented

  • You communicate with honesty, kindness and can build trusting relationships

  • Interest in and passionate about recruitment and early talent

  • You have exceptional interpersonal skills

  • Strong communication (written and verbal) skills

  • High proficiency with standard MS applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
