The Energy/Environment Graduate Program

The Energy/Environment program is a specialised program allowing you to gain broad and valuable exposure to the businesses environmental initiatives and participate in the implementation of resource efficiency projects. You will be placed in a full time role and simultaneously be part of our world class development programs to build your skills for the future.

So what does the role involve?

As the Energy/Environment Graduate, you will:

• Be introduced to statutory and environmental policies driving McCain’s strategy and vision
• Learn about sustainability and efficiency improvements in relation to energy, water, waste and carbon emissions
• Assist in the implementation of energy and resource efficiency initiatives
• Assist in creating sustainable cost initiatives to reduce operation cost and improve environmental compliance 
• Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure projects are developed using latest global best practices

About You

A successful candidate will have:

• Unrestricted working rights in Australia/New Zealand 
• A recent Bachelor’s or Master's Degree graduate in Science, Environmental Science or a related discipline
• Willingness to relocate
• Curious mindset seeking a rewarding Career
