We are seeking an Operations Support Officer to join our administrative team at the Smithton plant. This role will provide a range of administrative and reporting support for the smooth functioning of the operations teams at the Smithton site.

We have had an internal promotion for the last McCain Chippy and would like to onboard a new person!

About the role

The role will include finance tasks such as raising purchase orders, account reconciliation, vendor management and supporting travel & expense claims. The position will also provide crucial support and coordination to our operations teams in areas such as production and labour reporting, production orders, regular factory meetings and events, and inventory and systems support tasks.

• Ability to multi-task and adapt to a changing work environment
• A positive, collaborative attitude and willingness to learn
• A professional, confident and approachable disposition
• Excellent interpersonal, organisational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and a high-quality work ethic
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word and Excel
• Experience in a similar type role is ideal, however it is not essential
