ABOUT THE ROLE:

We're seeking a dynamic individual to spearhead our MDIxAI deployment function and ensure seamless execution across regions.

What’s MDI? MDI (McCain Driving Impact) is a common way to run McCain’s manufacturing plants that drives results by investing in our people’s capabilities. 

And we are looking for someone to take charge of the regional deployment strategies and drive success in cutting-edge AI initiatives.

Reporting into Director, Regional MDI you will…

•    Craft the regional deployment roadmap, incorporating updates aligned with MDIxAI and governance structures.
•    Lead pre-deployment project timelines to ensure efficient progress across the region.
•    Refine the global deployment playbook for effective execution, engaging key stakeholders for input and alignment.
•    Take the helm of MDIxAI deployment execution, adhering to established playbook principles.
•    Drive consistency and readiness across regions for successful rollout.
•    Utilise user feedback to refine deployment standards and enhance change management strategies.
•    Collaborate with global and regional workstream leads to share key insights and ensure future success.
•    Foster a culture of innovation and excellence, embodying McCain Values and Leadership Principles.
•    Drive decision-making agility and support the advancement of technology thought leadership.

ABOUT YOU:

We are seeking someone who has demonstrated leadership prowess with a knack for senior-level relationship management. 

You must also ideally have…

•    Proven talent management and allocation skills.
•    Experience in creating deployment standards
•    Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities to engage stakeholders effectively.
•    Strong time management skills to meet project timelines consistently.
