Working in our Foodservice team, our Sales Administrator will join us providing key assistance and support to the Commercial function, this is a large and busy area of the business, and the role will cover a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth running of the team, including…

•    Claims: In partnership with the Customer Managers and the Accounts Receivable team, manage the customer claims approval process.  This includes matching and validating all customer related invoices linked to trade spend. 
•    Immediate escalation of any invalid claims to the appropriate Customer Manager and giving support to ensure prompt resolution. Cross functional effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal efficiency and clarity. 
•    Maintain tracking system to ensure claims management to strict guidelines and actively prevent any backlog of claims building up by customer.
•    Agreements: In partnership with the Customer Managers take responsibility for the management of the trading agreement process.  Support the Customer Managers by actioning any system amendments to existing agreements as required.
•    Problem solving:  Act as the first port of call for the Customer Managers, where assistance is required to resolve an issue, linked to processing claims or managing agreements on the system.
•    Customer ad hoc reporting: Responsibility for updating internal trackers as defined by each Customer Manager


Working as part of a wider team, you’ll have experience of working in a busy administrative role, with experience of liaising with internal and external customers, managing and tracking claims, as well as communicating effectively with a range of different stakeholders.
