Internship Description:

The internship project aims to provide support for the industrialization of research and development (R&D) as well as drafting and implementing best operational practices for appetizers at Factory R. This involves assisting the R&D team in transitioning new products to large-scale production, as well as developing optimal operational procedures to ensure consistent quality and increased manufacturing efficiency.

Intern Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the R&D team to facilitate the transition of new products to mass production.
• Participate in optimizing the manufacturing processes of appetizers to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Draft and implement best operational practices to ensure high standards of quality and food safety.
• Assist in training and monitoring operators to ensure effective understanding and implementation of operational procedures.
• Contribute to identifying and resolving production-related issues and propose continuous improvement solutions.

Required Skills:

• Education in industrial engineering, food technology, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Passion for innovation and continuous improvement in the food industry.
