We are looking for a Territory Manager-LMEU-Karnataka (B2B/ HoReCa) to join our McCain Family! As part of the McCain Family, you will be part of an amazing team doing great things!

About the role

• Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key customers and driving revenue growth and profitability for the organization.
• Client Handling: existing set of clients consisting of multiple environments category for LMEU, QSR, hotels, restaurants, cafés chains etc. and also responsible to increase the numeric distribution on based on the geography allotted.
• Responsible for client-wise tracking of secondary sales & territory sales and handling major of local clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and understand customer needs & goals.
• Develop and implement strategic account plans & identify new business opportunities.
• Negotiate and close contracts or ensure customer Satisfaction.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints and develop food service business in the area.
• Represent the company at key events and conferences or achieved assigned business target & goals.
• Responsible for commercial hygiene, like quarterly reconciliation, Half yearly closing the books mutually. 
• Following up new business opportunities, Opening up new clients and expansion of customer base, new client acquisition & customer retention
• Execute activations for business development for FS.
• Distributor/ Client management and development. Order Placement, NCC, Claims
• Coordinating for Sampling and trade promotion activities

 About you

•             Experience – Relevant minimum 3 yrs experience in the same space (preferably FMCG industry)

•             Business Planning and Development

•             Ability to identify potential business partners, geographies, channels
