Factory Lelystad, located in the Netherlands, is one of Mc Cain's key production facilities, recently upgraded, where a dedicated team works to maintain the highest standards of industrial performance.

 

Internship Description:

The internship project involves participating in the optimization of the industrial performance of Lelystad factory based in the Netherlands. This entails identifying mechanical and process deviations, as well as gaps in best operational practices, with the aim of increasing line capacity and product quality. The intern will be integrated into the technical team and will work under the direct supervision of the technical department head.

 

Intern Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze existing production processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
  2. Participate in the implementation of solutions aimed at optimizing production line performance.
  3. Assist in training and monitoring operators to help them develop their technical skills.
  4. Collaborate with the process engineer to conduct line performance audits.
  5. Contribute to the industrial transfer of innovation and product R&D projects.

 

Required Skills:

  • Education in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to solve technical problems.
  • Ability to work effectively in teams and communicate clearly.
  • Interest in continuous improvement and seeking innovative solutions.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken), with proficiency in Dutch being an asset.
