About the Role

Compliance Coordinator
Hartland, NB


Ensure all Driver and Broker-Drivers documentation is on file and up-to-date, meeting all regulatory and corporate requirements.


How You’ll Help

  • Process systems-based organizational changes for existing drivers.
  • Verify Monthly Maintenance Reports (MMRs).
  • Respond to internal and external insurance requests.
  • Create and monitor online training accounts for new and current drivers and report on upcoming training requirements.
  • Other related duties as may be required.


Your Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum completion of secondary education, preferably with post secondary education in administrative stream.  A combination of education and experience may also be considered.
  • Previous experience in an office environment and in the transportation industry are preferred.
  • People-oriented with strong customer service and relationship building skills
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel & Word and the aptitude for learning new programs. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, including the ability relay information between several parties.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline driven environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, including the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate well with others     
  • Good English language skills required; Bilingual in English and French preferred.
