Measures and adds proper ingredients as directed by parameter sheet. Changes cutters as needed. Greases and maintains equipment.

Qualifications

Essential Duties Include the following:

Attendance/Punctuality - Is consistently at work and on time; Ensures work responsibilities are covered when absent.

Changes cutters depending on product being made.

Changes out, inspects, cleans and lubricates all cutters systems as needed.

Conducts daily and scheduled downtime sanitation.

Conducts product tests to determine color and solids content.

Inputs all materials consumed into SAP system.

Inputs selected data into infinity database system.

Inspects all materials being consumed on SP1 ingredient deck.

Keeps production supervisors aware of all conditions effecting finished product.

Maintains a through understanding of all steps dealing with a fire in the fryer

Maintains all equipment on ingredient deck, surrounding area.

Maintains equipment to ensure optimum performance.

Measures and adds proper ingredients as directed by parameter sheet.

Meets and maintains all MDI requirements for job.

On-site Requirement - Must perform duties onsite.

Performs daily and downtime sanitation.

Performs ingredient testing and makes necessary changes as required.

Starts and stops equipment as necessary.
