Schedule: 7pm – 7am

Salary:  $20.91 per hour, plus $2.00 shift differential

Position Summary:

As the Holding Room Attendant, you will coordinate with the packaging supervisor on tote inventory, marking, and storage of product.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

1.

Add product back into the production line as required.   

2.
  • Distinguish between the numerous products and varying degrees. 

3.

Ensure proper labeling of totes.

4.

Operate forklift in accordance with company policy.

5.

Provide supervisors and control room hourly updates on tote inventory.    

6.

Responsible for daily and downtime sanitation.

 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • Minimum 3 months related experience and/or training
  • Have or be able to obtain McCain Forklift Certification and McCain Scissor Lift Certification
  • Computer, language, and mathematical skills

 

Physical Demand:

Constant: Stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms.

 

Frequently: Use hands to finger, handle, or feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.  Regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds. 

 

Occasionally: Sit, climb or balance, taste and smell.
