Peeler Operator is responsible for dispersing a consistent supply of quality potatoes to the trim room by operating the blending systems, weigh systems, pre-treating and peeling systems. The person in this position is also responsible for operating the pee wee equipment related to ensuring proper size to IQF line.

• Prior experience as an Operator in a manufacturing facility is a plus.

• Must have the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

• Must have ability to write routine reports and correspondence, and speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.

• Must have demonstrated computer skills and experience with the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking is required.

Compensation includes a competitive hourly wage and excellent benefits.
