About the Role
Training & Deployment Coordinator
Contract (Full-time)
Greater Toronto Area

 

The Training Deployment Coordinator will be responsible and accountable for scheduling and organizing the COS module training rollout nation wide to ensure all employees are captured and training has been delivered

 

How You’ll Help

  • Develop a proposed Train the Trainer and End User schedules taking into account
    • Holidays
    • Shift schedules
    • Time zones
    • Number of people in the same department, on the same shift
  • Number of sessions per course
  • Number of courses the end user must take and not overloading their schedule
  • Ensuring that sessions/courses being trained by a single person do not overlap and ensure adequate breaks in between
  • Liaise with managers to validate and approve the proposed schedule; making any necessary updates
  • Coordinate, record, and lead all Daily Trainer Calls during EUT, ensuring that all Parking Lot Questions are answered and communicated to Trainers for future iterations
  • Validate end users to required training at the individual to course level 
  • Other tasks as required

 

Your Skills & Experience

 

  • Minimum of secondary education, with preference of post-secondary education (general stream), or a combination of education and experience.
  • 1-3 years of project management experience
  • Communication skills - advanced
  • Computer skills – accuracy, MS products and web based programs
  • Demonstrated customer relationship skills
  • Able to work deadlines in high transactional environment
  • Ability to champion business needs in a collaborative manner to colleagues
  • Results focused
  • English, other languages an asset
