About the Role

Administrative Coordinator, TAD
Contract (Full-time)
Greater Toronto Area


The Administrative Coordinator, Training, Adoption & Depolyment (TAD) will be responsible and accountable for the administration process relating to the training deployment team.


How You’ll Help


  • Send communications to leaders setting expectations regarding trainers and end users during the TTT and EUT phases
  • Validate end users to required training at the individual to course level 
    • Send Outlook invites Trainers and End Users for their required training sessions
    • Update based on feedback (unknown vacation times)
  • Follow-up with anyone who declines without providing a reason
  • Develop and send Facilitator Guide and Learner Package (includes links to training material)
  • Enroll and send the link to all trainers and end users (at the appropriate times) required eLearning (Trainers will receive Facilitation Skills eLearning)
  • Other tasks as required

Your Skills & Experience


  • Minimum of secondary education, with preference of post-secondary education (general stream), or a combination of education and experience.
  • Previous experience in administration as asset.
  • Communication skills - advanced
  • Computer skills – accuracy, MS products and web based programs
  • Demonstrated customer relationship skills
  • Able to work deadlines in high transactional environment
  • Ability to champion business needs in a collaborative manner to colleagues
  • Results focused
  • English, other languages an asset
