The EEC Operations & Content Specialist will be an ambassador of the Employee Experience Centre through the promotion of consistent communications, content, and continuous improvement in the ways we work and deliver services to our employees. This role will help ensure we are living the HR model through focusing on adoption, service delivery and equipping the EEC with the information and tools we need to enhance our visibility within the organization.

 

How You’ll Add Value:

  • Design and deliver consistent imagery, materials, and branding for EEC content and campaigns.
  • Create and deliver global and regional status update materials on EEC operations to key internal stakeholders, including KPIs and key initiatives.
  • Consult on and/or craft and deliver communication and change materials within, and on behalf of, the EEC.
  • Support the creation, update, and delivery of an EEC training framework and associated content & courses. Identify or collect opportunities for training improvements and build into the framework.
  • Develop training content with subject matter experts for the EEC on the model, ways of working, technology, and processes. Deliver content via technology or in person where required.
  • Gather quantitative and qualitative data and feedback on employee experience, service delivery and adoption of our HR technology and model, to inform the HR leaders of impactful opportunities, partnering and driving action plans to adjust.
  • Simplify content available on the HRNow portal to connect employees to materials easily.
  • Update and consult on HRNow content as required, operationally and as part of projects.
  • Represent the Employe Experience Centre on HR Projects as required.
  • Support system improvements as required – whether implementing, testing, communicating or providing content support.

 

About You:

  • Post-secondary degree in related field
  • Experience within an HR Operations group / model
  • Deep knowledge and awareness of HR Services and business drivers
  • Ability to translate strategies and feedback into actionable plans and results; strong project management, planning and organizational skills
  • Strong internal network, consulting skills, communication, and ability to influence change
  • Working knowledge of HR systems is beneficial
  • Fluent English
