About the Role
Driver Engagement Specialist
Romeo, MI; Cincinnati, OH; or York, PA


Communicates with company drivers and owner operators through all stages of the onboarding process and beyond by soliciting driver feedback. Through the use of feedback and satisfaction tools, data analytics, and proactive communication, this individual will identify and pursue retention opportunities.


How You’ll Help

  • Leverage data analytics and driver feedback to implement change
  • Field inbound and outbound calls from drivers
  • Manage data tools and track variables
  • Identify retention opportunities and create action plans
  • Identify trends and report 
  • Contact and follow up with drivers regarding feedback
  • Attend hiring events and special promotions outside the office
  • Liaise with operations to resolve feedback
  • Proactively communicate with current drivers
  • Performs other duties as requested


Your Skills & Experience: 

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required, associate's degree or relevant training preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 1-2 years working directly with drivers 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Previous experience with a TMS System (TMW, McLeod).
  • Experience with the Application Management System (TenStreet, HireRight, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of DOT and FMCSA Regulations.
  • Logistics and Transportation business experience highly preferred.
