The position is based out of Appleton, WI.

Role Outline
Working within the North American appetizer product development team, and in partnership with the commercial teams, this role will be accountable for technical project management and project execution to contribute to the US appetizer business growth. The role provides technical leadership within project teams, across functions, and with stakeholders.

Core Accountabilities/Outcomes:

• Execute new product development projects from conception to launch
• Developing and managing timelines
• Providing technical leadership to project teams and aligning with stakeholders for project reviews, technical risk mitigation and project post launch reviews
• Collecting data and reporting on each testing phase in the development process
• Presenting formulation options and impacts to gain consensus on next steps
• Participating in idea generation sessions in the concept development process
• Testing and validating product attributes, shelf life and plant scalability

Qualification

• B.Sc. or B.E in Food Science, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in food product development or food science is considered an asset.
